The photographers we work with suggest having the ceremony an hour to an hour and a half (depending on how many family photos you are wanting) prior to sunset. This will allow time for the ceremony, photos with the family as well as bridal party pictures. Then go right into the romantic sunset pictures of the 2 of you.
